Registration and abstract* submission window opens: 1st October

Early bird registration ends: 15th October

Late registration ends: 10th November

Information on Registration Fee

Faculty & Others (Early bird registration) = Rs. 5500/- +GST (without accommodation)

Students (Early bird registration) = Rs. 2500/- +GST (without accommodation)

Accompanying person(s) = Full registration fee as applicable per person

The registration fee includes hospitality (Dinner on 30th November + Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on 1st and 2nd December + Breakfast on 3rd December) and conference kit.

Information on Accommodation and Related Fee

The participants can either arrange their accommodation themselves or can opt from the following options. In case they chose from the options provided below, a separate amount to be deposited during the submission of their registration fee, as per their choice, and the same has to be mentioned in a google form, which will be provided in due time.

a. On campus accommodation (Subject to availability: 35 normal rooms)

(Check-in: 12 PM; Check-out: 10 AM)

Single room = Rs. 1000/- + 12% GST = Rs. 1120/-

Twin-share room = Rs. 560/- (including GST) per person

b. Accommodation in hotel Sonotel (3-star) (local transport will be provided by the organizers)

Single room = Rs. 3500/- + 12% GST = Rs. 3920/- per day (Check-in: 11 AM; Check-out: 10 AM)

Twin-share room = Rs. 2520/- per day per person

c. Other nearby hotels, which the participants can opt themselves (local transport will NOT be provided by the organizers)

2. Hotel Cocoon (3-star).

3. Hotel Coal Capital (3-star).

4. Mastiff Hotel (3-star).
